Reports and complaints made through the Help button

• What you write, and your email address if you give one, so we can reply.
• Technical details of the page: its address without anything after a question mark, your browser, screen size, language, time zone and recent errors, with emails and numbers hidden.
• A random cookie in this browser, so you can follow your reports without an account. It is not used for anything else.

Your email address is deleted 12 months after your report is closed, and the content of the report after 24 months. Screenshots, when attachments open, are deleted after 90 days.

Enquiry forms

What you write in a contact, partnership, supplier, booking or training form, with your name and contact details, goes to the team that handles that kind of enquiry, so it can reply. We email you a copy of your reference. The details are deleted 24 months after your enquiry is closed.

Newsletters

We send a newsletter only after you confirm from the email we send you. We keep your address, when you signed up and confirmed, and the wording you agreed to, as the record of your consent. Every newsletter has a link to stop it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days, and addresses that unsubscribed after 24 months.

No tracking

These sites use no advertising or analytics trackers and load nothing from other companies.
